The payment process is simple and efficient, with the funds arriving in the freelancer's bank account within 24 hours for local currency payouts, up to 3 business days for foreign currency via SWIFT transaction, and within seconds for cryptocurrency payouts.

Ruul.io operates on a commission-based pricing model. The platform takes a small cut from every invoice, starting from 2.75%. The first invoice is free if it’s the first transaction for both the talent and the client.

There are no subscription or setup fees, and you can get started for free. The platform only takes a small commission from each transaction.

Additional fees may apply based on several factors:

• Cross-border Fee: Applies if your client’s location is different from yours.
• Foreign Exchange Fee: Applies if you want to collect the payment in a different currency than the invoice currency.
• VAT: Applies if required by your client’s country regulations.
• Credit Card Fee: An additional fee due to credit card processing costs.
• Crypto Payout Fee: Applies if you want to get paid in crypto.

There are also add-ons like Early Pay which allows you to get paid up to 60 days in advance. The additional commission fee for this starts from 1.9% and increases depending on the payment term.

The pricing can vary based on local financial regulations, banking fees, and exchange rates. To ensure fair pricing, the rates are customized based on these factors. The service fee payer is the person who pays Ruul’s commission fee for the invoice. This can be either you or your client, and it is selected when creating the invoice. The commission fee must be paid in full by either you or your client; it cannot be split between both parties.

Ruul.io provides two primary payment methods for invoice settlements: credit card and bank transfer. These options can be accessed either directly from the user's dashboard or through the payment link shared with the freelancer.

Each invoice includes a payment link. The client can use this link to pay without registering on Ruul. Both bank transfers and credit card payments are supported.

After choosing the "Pay With Credit Card" option, the client inputs the card and cardholder details to continue. Based on the business's location, the client will be directed to either Stripe or PayTR to finalize the payment.

After selecting the "Pay With Bank Transfer" option, the client reads the terms carefully. Once agreed, the client checks the box to acknowledge acceptance and clicks "Show Bank Info". Based on the business's location and the invoice currency, the client will be presented with one of Ruul's bank account details.

The client is required to use a business credit card or a business banking account for payments. Using personal cards or accounts is not permitted, and such payments will be refunded. The name on the card must correspond with the company name indicated on the invoice. Payments made to oneself are strictly prohibited.

Please note that bank transfer payment verifications can vary in duration, ranging from a few minutes to several business days, due to international money transfer regulations.

For freelancers, Ruul allows them to collect payments into their personal bank account, a Payoneer account, or a Binance account. After the client’s payment is processed, Ruul deducts its commission and transfers the remaining amount to the freelancer's bank account.

Ruul takes a small commission from each invoice. There are no monthly subscriptions, hidden costs, or surprises.

Once the client completes the payment and the funds arrive at Ruul's bank account, the payout is initiated immediately. Collecting the payout in the local currency, the funds arrive in the freelancer's bank account within 24 hours. Collecting the payout in foreign currency, it may take up to 3 business days for the SWIFT transaction to arrive at the account. Collecting the payout in cryptocurrency, the funds arrive at the wallet within seconds once the payout is initiated.
